2003年3月 乐队正式成立

2004年4月 开始在北京演出

2004年9月 与OURSELF BESIDE ME一起全国7个城市巡演

2005年9月 在“摩登天空5”中发行单曲“a vision of Chris”

2005年10月 开始录制第一张EP《CUT OFF!》

2005年10月 录音期间，著名音乐人Brian Eno为“重塑雕像的权利”乐队EP即兴演奏

2005年10月 应邀为英国独立唱片协会演出。

2005年11月 发行EP《CUT OFF！》

2005年11月 开始进行包括：上海、成都、武汉、长沙….十一个城市的首轮全国巡演。

2006年2月 获“百事音乐风云榜”“最佳摇滚新人”提名。

2006年5月 再次举行专辑发行后的十七个城市的全国巡演，首次造访香港。

2006年6月 应新加坡政府邀请作为中国乐队代表参加新加坡艺术节

2006年11月 专辑美国上市，同时乐队准备美国巡演。

2007年3月 应邀参加包括纽约、芝加哥、奥斯汀、圣保罗等在内的10城市美国巡演。

2007年3月 接受美国著名电视机构ABC NEWS的采访

2007年5月 参加北京迷笛音乐节

2007年10月 作为摩登天空音乐节压轴中国乐队精彩出演

2005年，乐队潜心打造了自己的首张 EP 《 CUT OFF ！》，并于2006年在美国上市。其中著名音乐人BrianEno在他们的3首作品中担任了键盘，“重塑雕像的权利”也因此成为第一支同这位前u2乐队制作人合作的中国乐队。“重塑雕像的权利”的音乐呈现出典型的Post-Punk（后朋克）风格，被视为国内最好的乐队之一。
